Q: What is pet sitting? |

A: Pet sitting is a wonderful alternative to kenneling or boarding. We believe animals are happiest when they stay in the comfort of their own home, so our pet sitters come to you. Our experienced care providers keep your pet(s) content and relaxed while you’re away.

Q: What dog walking services do you provide? |
Answer> |
A: For clients who work long hours or are unable to make it home during the day, we offer solo dog walks, group walks, and park excursions. Check our website for rates and more details.

Q: Are you bonded & insured? |
Answer> |
A: Yes, each of our sitters and walkers is insured and bonded through Mourer Foster.

Q: Will I be able to meet my sitter/walker in advance? |
Answer> |
A: Absolutely! Before beginning visits, your care provider will come to your home to meet you and your pet(s) and receive instructions. This is also when you provide your sitter a copy of your house key.

Q: Do you charge to pick up or drop off my keys? |
Answer> |
A: During the initial consultation, you will provide your sitter a copy of your house key. This key pick-up, along with the first drop-off, are completely free. Any additional trips to pick up or drop off your key are $5/trip.

Q: Can I just leave my key under the mat for my sitter? |
Answer> |
A: This is not a safe option for either party so we will only accept keys directly from you and will make sure to return them to only you.

Q: Can I request updates while I'm away on vacation? |
Answer> |
A: We will update you after every visit via phone, e-mail, or text. Just let your sitter/walker know your preference. Our goal is your peace of mind.

Q: My brother said he can stop by and check
on the pets halfway through my trip - is this okay? |

A: Unfortunately, we prefer to not have other sitters, family, or friends stopping by while your pet(s) are under our care. We want to guarantee the quality of service you receive and we cannot do so when there are others coming and going from your home.

Q: How do I book a consultation with a sitter or dog walker? |
Answer> |
A: Booking your consultation is easy! Just select “register” (at the bottom of this page) and follow the prompts to complete the registration process. Our office will be notified once your registration is complete and we will have a sitter/walker contact you within 24 hours to schedule a consultation. Please contact our office if you need any assistance with this process.

Q: What types of animals do you pet sit? |

A: No matter what kind of pet you have, chances are we can care for it. Not only do we look after domestic animals (such as cats, dogs, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, etc), but we also take care of cows, goats, sheep, horses, chickens, and other farm animals.

Q: How do I pay my bill? |

A: You have the option to pay via check, PayPal, or with a debit/credit card. Please do not leave payment with your sitter. All checks get mailed to PO Box 638 Manvel, TX 77578. To pay using PayPal, simply click on the PayPal logo located at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts to complete the transaction. To pay using a debit/credit card, please log in to your account (click “Login” at the top of our website) and click on “edit my info” to enter your card information.
Note: Your card information is kept hidden from our staff and will be charged automatically after your visits are completed.
